What to Expect
Take time to pause, unwind, and reconnect in a calm and welcoming space exclusively at The Nook Yoga Studio in Tewkesbury.
Your session takes place in a private treatment room designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and at ease. You’ll relax on an adjustable treatment couch, making it easier for those with mobility concerns to get on and off comfortably. Soft lighting, gentle aromas, cosy blankets, and a peaceful atmosphere help create a space where you can fully switch off and recharge.
Before your session, we’ll spend a few minutes checking in and discussing how you’re feeling and what you’d most like support with. During the treatment, you’ll remain fully clothed while relaxing comfortably as Reiki is delivered through light touch or hands held just above the body.
After your session, there will be time to reflect, ask questions, and discuss any observations or insights that arose during the treatment.
