What To Expect

Take time out to relax on a comfortable treatment couch in a peaceful, private environment. Reiki is a gentle wellbeing practice delivered through light touch or hands held just above the body, creating space for relaxation, balance, and renewal.

Before we begin, we’ll spend a few minutes checking in and discussing how you’re feeling and what you’d most like support with during your session. Following your session, we’ll have time to reflect on your experience and discuss any observations, insights, or impressions that arose during the treatment.

Rachel carried out a remote Reiki healing for me, which was both powerful and enlightening. During the session, right at the beginning, I experienced strong unease, difficulty breathing, then it eased, and I felt relaxed. For a couple of days following the session, I felt absolutely exhausted.
