Gratitude, thankfulness or gratefulness, is a feeling of appreciation.
Acknowledging all the things to be grateful for, opens the possibilities of a significant life when gratitude, appreciation, and admiration is practiced regularly. It has been known to help change one’s perspective to see the real positivity in life, which helps improve health, life experiences, build meaningful relationships and dealing with adversity, hardships, and heartbreak.

The quest to find your inner self, to know your inner purpose, values, visions, goals, motivations, beliefs, and your own uniqueness. Is to discover and to reveal, NOT what you’ve been told by the outer world, but by what you have discovered on your own journey for yourself, with what lies deeply within you.

Here is the easy part to keeping track of how you feel, simply by circling, crossing or ticking off what resonates like a tick sheet!
Then, check in weekly with yourself to see if you find any patterns to how you feel on certain days, or simply what you get upto in the week.
