How Does Meditation Work?
Meditation gently guides your attention — often through breath, body awareness, or visualisation — helping your nervous system move out of stress mode and into rest. When your body feels safer, your mind naturally begins to slow.
Do I Need to Be Good at Meditation?
No. There’s no such thing as being “bad” at meditation. A wandering mind is normal — the practice is simply noticing and gently returning, again and again.
What If My Mind Is Very Busy?
That’s okay. Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts — it’s about changing your relationship with them. Even busy sessions support your nervous system.
What Should I Expect in a Session?
