My Story
Like many people, I’ve experienced seasons of stress, uncertainty, growth, and change. Through mindfulness, reflection, Reiki, and wellbeing practices, I discovered the importance of creating space to pause, reconnect, and listen to what truly matters.
Today, I help others do the same—supporting individuals, teams, and communities to build resilience, improve wellbeing, and reconnect with themselves.
