Return & Refund Policy
I want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible physical items can be returned.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include your order number/receipt. Unauthorised returns (sent without an RA) may be refused.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch promptly so I can make it right.

Scope: This policy covers physical items only (e.g., printed journals, stationery, packaged goods). It does not apply to digital downloads or Reiki services.
Change-of-Mind Returns (Distance Sales)
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to tell us you’d like to cancel/return your order. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number or receipt.
How to Start a Return
Email info@rachelmpower.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
If your return is approved, we’ll email you a Return Authorisation (RA) with:

your RA number,

the correct return address (provided upon approval), and

packing/shipping instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable for damaged/incorrect items).

Please do not send items back before receiving your RA. Parcels sent without authorisation or to any other address may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
- If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return postage or provide a prepaid label.
- We recommend a tracked service; you’re responsible until the parcel reaches us.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@rachelmpower.com within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can put it right (replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue).
Exchanges
To get what you need fastest, please place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund (if eligible).
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Opened hygiene-sensitive items (where applicable)
- Perishable items (if ever offered)
- Gift cards / vouchers
Note: “Sale” items purchased online remain eligible for the 14-day cancellation right (unless personalised).
EU & UK Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
If your order ships to the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason (exceptions apply: e.g., personalised items). You then have 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we aim to process and confirm it within 5–7 business days. Refunds will then be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of either receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return (whichever is earlier), in line with UK/EU consumer law.
If you cancel under your legal right to do so, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid (if applicable). Please note that any additional costs for premium/express delivery options are non-refundable.
Bank or card processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days pass after we confirm your refund and you haven’t received it, please email info@rachelmpower.com.

What counts as a digital product?
Digital products include any item delivered electronically rather than physically. Examples (not exhaustive):
- eBooks & PDFs: guides, workbooks, journals, trackers, printables
- Single digital prints / wall art (downloadable files)
- Templates & planners: Canva templates, Notion/OneNote templates & notebooks, spreadsheet planners
- Audio/Video files: meditations, classes, mini-courses, MP3/MP4
- Zip bundles: collections of the above delivered as compressed files
- Other downloadable resources delivered by link or email
All sales are final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once your purchase is completed and access is provided (e.g., via download link or email), it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please review before purchase
Check product descriptions, previews, and requirements (e.g., Canva/Notion/OneNote access) before buying. If you have questions, email info@rachelmpower.com and I’ll gladly help.
Delivery & Access
- You’ll receive files via download link or email immediately after purchase.
- Some links may expire after a set period; please download and back up your files promptly.
License & permitted use
- Purchases are for personal use only (one user, non-transferable).
- Not permitted: reselling, sharing, redistributing, or using the assets to create competing products.
Technical support
If you experience issues (broken link, corrupted file, access trouble), email info@rachelmpower.com with your order number and I’ll resend or replace your files so you can access your purchase.
Optional goodwill (at my discretion)
In rare cases like an accidental duplicate purchase of the same item made within 24 hours and not downloaded, I may offer a credit or exchange. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Please ensure you have suitable software (e.g. Canva, Notion, PDF reader, Microsoft Suite) before purchase — we cannot refund if your device is incompatible.

Reiki Services Refund & Cancellation Policy
Reiki Services Refund & Cancellation Policy
Your session time is held just for you. To keep things fair for all clients and to honour the cost of room hire and preparation, the following policies apply:
In-Person Reiki
- Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full as the space and time have already been reserved.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shorter but will still finish at the scheduled time.
Distant Reiki
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
- Pure Energy (no call) sessions will still be sent at your booked time, with your voice note + report emailed afterwards.
- If you join late for a Live via Teams session, your session will still finish at the scheduled time.
Block Bookings (3 or 7 Session Packages)
- Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Sessions can be booked and rescheduled within this 6-month period, provided the notice period is given (48 hrs in-person, 24 hrs distant).
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.
- Once sessions have started, packages are non-refundable. Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be counted as used.
Therapist Cancellations
If I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, your session will always be rescheduled at no extra cost. If you are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.
