Shipping Policy

I want your order to reach you smoothly and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days via Royal Mail.
- UK Tracked / Signed: 2–3 business days (extra charge applies).
- EU Delivery: 7–10 business days. Please note that customs delays can occur.
- Rest of World: Currently not available (I only ship to the UK and EU at this time).
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- Free UK standard shipping on orders over £50 (if you want this perk—can be changed).
Tracking & Confirmation
- If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
- Non-tracked services do not provide updates once dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
- For orders outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
Delays, Lost or Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact me at info@rachelmpower.com. I’ll do my best to help, but once a parcel is with the carrier, I cannot guarantee delivery times.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- If an item is marked as a pre-order or backorder, estimated dispatch times will be noted on the product page.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.
