Hey!

I'm Rachel M Power

I’m a Reiki Practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, Journaling Coach, and Creative Wellbeing Facilitator. My passion is helping people reconnect with themselves emotionally, energetically, and creatively so they can move through life with more clarity, balance, and self-trust. Everything I teach comes from lived experience.

Now I bring all of these tools together to support others in their own healing and growth.

The Learning Journey

As I continue training in Counselling, Mindfulness, and delve deeper into Trauma and Grief awareness work, I also pour my creativity into rachelmpower.com. Every illustration, journal page, and meditation comes from my hands, heart and brainbox.

I’m guided by intuition, curiosity, and connection, learning best through experience and meaningful collaboration.

Understanding ourselves or others doesn’t have to be a challenging task. Through the years, I have explored different facets of my identity and found the following insights to be particularly meaningful.

The Journey

My journey into wellbeing began when journaling, meditation, and Reiki helped me reconnect with myself during some challenging periods of my life. Those practices supported my emotional clarity and resilience which is now why I share them so others can feel grounded, supported, and empowered too.

The image represents Rachel's growth and transformation, as she blossoms into a new version of herself. To symbolize her journey of self-discovery, as she learns to spread her wings and embrace her true potential. The plant pot may represent the nurturing environment that has helped Rachel to grow and develop, while the wings could represent her newfound freedom and independence. Alternatively, the image could be interpreted as a representation of nature's beauty and the power of growth, as Rachel emerges from the soil like a delicate flower. Overall, the image is open to interpretation and could hold different meanings for different people.

The Creativity

I’m also the creative behind every journal, workbook, meditation, and wellbeing tool you’ll find here.

My work and emotional understanding to turn self-healing into something simple, supportive, and beautifully accessible.

From guided meditations and reflective journals to classroom resources and digital wellbeing tools, I create with one intention to help others reconnect with themselves gently, creatively, and at their own pace.

Before the Journey...

I spent years travelling, living in Australia and New Zealand, going on many other adventures and collecting lifelong friendships and stories along the way. I felt free with a zest for life and a deep desire to explore the world.

I thought I’d found myself but coming home changed things.

I took a “good” job. When my dad had a stroke a fear rooted itself where freedom once lived, a question of mortality and missing my family. I stayed. I tried to fit in. I entered relationships that weren’t aligned. One of them broke me open in ways I couldn’t bounce back from so easy.

Journaling became my lifeline. Meditation steadied my anxiety. A cancer scare and thyroid surgery forced me to slow down completely where Reiki found me during that time — a way to heal, to reconnect, and to take my power back.

What felt like everything collapsing was actually the start of rebuilding. Now here I am…
